AnnPhie brings black humor to Regensburg with "Shanti Schatzi"

Breathe in, breathe out, please do not believe in self-optimization: AnnPhie alias Anna-Sophie Fritz will perform from October 15 to 17, 2026, at the STATT-THEATER Regensburg. On Saturday, October 17, the audience can expect a pointed cabaret program titled "Shanti Schatzi", which blends yoga mantras, social satire, and the small catastrophes of modern life.

When mindfulness suddenly becomes biting

In her solo performance, AnnPhie examines the longing for the most relaxed version of oneself. Yoga, coaching, and constant mindfulness clash with the pressure to always function more beautifully, better, and more calmly. The result: black humor from Austria that does not soothe but pleasantly awakens.

Stand-up with acting skills and sharp timing

Anna-Sophie Fritz combines stand-up, cabaret, and versatile acting ability. Her punchlines arise from social contradictions, feminist issues, and absurd everyday situations. Precise timing, strong stage presence, and surprising changes of perspective create a varied laughing experience.

Queer-feminist comedy with attitude

AnnPhie stands for modern cabaret that intertwines attitude and humor. The program targets beauty ideals, patriarchal routines, self-optimization, and everyday boundary violations. Sometimes dry, sometimes physical, sometimes wonderfully whimsical, a comedic atmosphere is created where the audience both laughs and feels caught.

A cabaret artist with awards

AnnPhie Fritz is an actress, author, theater educator, and cabaret artist from Vienna. For her artistic work, she received, among other honors, second place at the Passau Executioner's Axe 2025 and the Silver Stuttgart Broom 2026. Her stage presence and intelligent feminist approach have been highlighted in media and by organizers multiple times.

Conclusion: Relaxation with side effects

"Shanti Schatzi" promises an evening full of black punchlines, clever observations, and surprising moments on stage. Anyone wishing to experience cabaret with attitude, sharp humor, and a substantial dose of Austrian depth should see AnnPhie live at the STATT-THEATER.
