On November 5, 2026, the das Stadtwerk.Donau-Arena in Regensburg will transform into a passionate Schlager arena: WAHNSINN – The Show 2026 celebrates Wolfgang Petry's 75th birthday and his 50th anniversary on stage with his most famous songs, moving stories, and an energetic live atmosphere.
An Evening Full of Petry Classics
The original songs of the Schlager icon take center stage. The audience can look forward to sing-along moments with hits like Falling in Love, Losing, Forgetting, Forgiving, The Sky is Burning, and Wahnsinn. An outstanding band and strong soloists bring the unmistakable Petry sound to the stage.
Musical Journey with Great Stage Performance
The production combines concert feeling, video material, and personal anecdotes into a musical journey through time. Light, sound, synchronization, and choreography intertwine and bring the energy of the legendary Simply Awesome era back to life. The show connects temporally to Wolfgang Petry's farewell concert from 1999 and translates his raw, heartfelt zest for life into a modern arena production.
