When Founders' Reality Meets Stage Light
The University Theater Regensburg will become a stage for a special networking night on October 15, 2026: At the Late Shift Unfiltered at the University Theater, founders will share the highs, lows, and turning points of their start-up lives. Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the program starts at 6:00 PM.
An Evening Between Stage and Entrepreneurial Spirit
The staging of this evening does not follow a classical dramaturgy but rather the open rhythm of a lively networking night. Personal stories, courageous decisions, and the unfiltered truth behind founding, growth, and setbacks take center stage. The theater at the university transforms into a resonance room for ideas, experiences, and new connections.
Four Voices from Founding Practice
In the first part, Rebecca Schneider Böhm from Chocolatique and occa café & bakery, tech founder and investor Manuel Stahl, Heidi Huber from the Dance Studio Kotch & Rhapsody, and Michael Schneider from regelkraft open the curtain to their personal experiences. Their stories range from the highest highs to the lowest lows of start-up life and illustrate why perseverance is at the core of every founding.
The Audience Shapes the Second Scene
After the impulse program, the perspective shifts: In an open mini-bar camp, participants determine which topics will shape the evening. Short topic pitches and live voting lead to spontaneous breakout sessions, where challenges, opportunities, and specific questions of the regional innovation scene are explored in depth.
Theater Atmosphere, Exchange, and New Contacts
The theater atmosphere gives networking its own acoustics. Where otherwise acting, set design, and direction determine the evening, this time the entrepreneurial spirit, audience reaction, and immediate dialogue are in the spotlight. Cool drinks, finger food, and plenty of space for conversations create the perfect setting for start-ups, students, aspiring founders, investors, and innovation enthusiasts from Regensburg and the Upper Palatinate.
Conclusion: A Stage Experience for the Regional Innovation Scene
The Late Shift connects personal founding stories with interactive exchange and turns the theater at the university into an open thinking space. Those who want to experience start-up realities not from a distance but directly and humanely will find inspiration, contacts, and new perspectives here. Admission is free, and registration is recommended.
