We're currently spending a few days in Regensburg and stumbled upon this lovely café while exploring the city. We sat in the idyllic garden under a beautiful sunny sky, enjoying the peace and quiet – and the incredibly delicious coffee and cake ☀️😋🍰 As I learned, it's a community and donation café. I had a lovely chat with the server and I'm delighted. Highly recommended 💚

A truly special café! Café Emmeram is run with great passion by volunteers and financed entirely through donations – everyone pays what they can and want to. This unique concept creates a warm, supportive atmosphere that you immediately feel. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the cozy ambiance invites you to linger. You feel welcome and valued. We love coming here and are already looking forward to our next visit!

A hidden gem in Regensburg. The staff are all volunteers, and for a donation, you can relax and enjoy coffee and cake. The ladies are very friendly and accommodating. The historic rooms have recently been renovated, and when the weather is nice, you can also sit in the tranquil garden.
