My wife and I are marionette enthusiasts from the U.S. on vacation in town for one day and could not obtain tickets online or by phone in advance. I just read through the reviews, and yes, I can understand some of them, and I'm sorry to hear how things turned out for others. We've seen many children's plays, and yes, they're not exactly modern. The constant scene changes were also sometimes annoying and time-consuming. But: Families who arrive late, adults who talk along, and even sing along, are really irritating. Regarding age: I personally think it's good that age is taken into account, because it can easily take an hour. What two-year-old sits still for an hour? I work with children, and no child that age can sit still for that long. All in all, our family had wonderful afternoons at a theater without a sound system, disco lights, or animation... it was simply "simple" and wonderful! Just like in the old days... the owners' approach is just like in the old days, and you weren't coddled. We can recommend it! Our children are too old now... maybe someday with the grandchildren.

We were here last year and saw Petterson and Findus. My son, who's currently 6, and I had a wonderful time and would love to come back. The only downside was the cramped seating, but we could live with that :)

It's simply a wonderful theater, perfect for children, with fantastic puppets and very easy-to-understand language. I've been there several times with my grandchildren and have always been thrilled. I find all the negative reviews completely incomprehensible. The people who complain have no clue. Since I worked in the theater myself, I know the work that goes into it.

We went there with the kindergarten. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and disorganized. The children found it rather boring and even preferred the bus ride there. On top of that, it was really expensive, and if a child needed to use the toilet, they simply locked us out. Truly unprofessional. I wouldn't go there again.
