Chamber of Crafts Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate | Contact & Training Contract
The Chamber of Crafts Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate in Regensburg is much more than a classic administrative address. At Ditthornstraße 10, contact, advice, training, further education, and services for businesses, trainees, and course participants come together. Those looking for phone numbers, addresses, contact persons, online training contracts, or apprenticeship contracts will find a location that plays a central role for the regional crafts. The chamber is organized as a public law corporation and is represented by President Dr. Georg Haber and Managing Director Jürgen Kilger. In addition to the main administration in Regensburg, there is the chamber's main administration in Passau; together, the chamber oversees a large area of responsibility in Lower Bavaria and the Upper Palatinate with several independent cities and districts. This combination of administration, educational center, and service offerings makes the address in Regensburg relevant for many inquiries: from opening hours and parking to master courses, ÜLU, subject areas, and digital paths such as the online training contract. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/kontakt-und-zustaendigkeit-76%2C0%2C14711.html))
Contact, Address, and Responsibilities of the Chamber of Crafts Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate
The main administration in Regensburg can be reached at Ditthornstraße 10, 93055 Regensburg. The central phone number is 0941 7965-0, the fax is 0941 7965-222, and the general email address is info@hwkno.de. The official contact page also makes it clear that the Chamber of Crafts Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate has a main administration present in both Passau and Regensburg. For many concerns, Regensburg is therefore an important first contact point, while depending on the topic, regional responsibilities and specialized departments also play a role. This is particularly helpful when businesses are looking for not just a contact person but also the right authority for training, further education, business consulting, or services. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/kontakt-und-zustaendigkeit-76%2C0%2C14711.html))
The regional responsibility is also clearly defined. The Chamber of Crafts Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate is responsible for the independent cities of Amberg, Landshut, Passau, Regensburg, Straubing, and Weiden as well as for numerous districts in the Upper Palatinate and Lower Bavaria. These include, among others, the districts of Amberg-Sulzbach, Cham, Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, Neustadt an der Waldnaab, Regensburg, Schwandorf, and Tirschenreuth in the Upper Palatinate, as well as Deggendorf, Dingolfing-Landau, Freyung-Grafenau, Kelheim, Landshut, Passau, Regen, Rottal-Inn, and Straubing-Bogen in Lower Bavaria. For inquiries such as contact persons, contact, or address, this is important because the chamber is not just a single building in Regensburg but a regional institution with a clearly defined area of responsibility. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/kontakt-und-zustaendigkeit-76%2C0%2C14711.html))
The homepage also shows how broad the understanding of service is: For business owners, there are offers for business start-ups, business succession, and digitalization. For trainees, ÜLU, training advice, and examination information are available. For course participants, there are master courses, further education, and funding information. So, if you are looking for a contact person, you will find not only contact details on the website but also several thematic paths that lead directly to the appropriate place. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/))
Directions, Opening Hours, and Parking in Regensburg
The educational center and the Regensburg chamber address are located in the eastern part of Regensburg and are easily accessible by car as well as by public transport. The official directions describe a journey to the educational center using the RVV bus line 10 from the main train station or the Albertstraße stop towards An der Irler Höhe to the Liebigstraße stop. From there, it is about 300 meters, or approximately three to four minutes on foot, to the educational center. Additionally, the general directions page of the chamber mentions bus lines 10 and 31 from the main train station or Albertstraße to the Liebigstraße stop. This makes it clear: Those arriving by public transport can reach the location without detours and with a clearly described route. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/anfahrt-und-uebernachtung-bildungszentrum-regensburg-76%2C3821%2C12937.html))
Parking is also clearly regulated. For course participants, parking spaces P1 and P2 are available at the educational center; they are signposted on-site and in the local parking guidance system. The general directions page also mentions parking spaces on-site for visitors and course participants. So, if you come to Regensburg for a course, consultation, or appointment, you can realistically plan your arrival and do not have to search for a solution on-site. This information is particularly important for master students, apprentices, and further education participants, as many appointments start early in the morning, and the time between arrival and course start is tight. The secure and signposted parking situation is therefore a real advantage for the location. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/anfahrt-und-uebernachtung-bildungszentrum-regensburg-76%2C3821%2C12937.html))
The opening hours are identical for the information centers in Passau and Regensburg: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Those who wish to visit Regensburg in person will find a reliable time window for consultation, information, and organizational questions. Especially for inquiries such as opening hours, parking, or directions, it becomes clear that the Chamber of Crafts wants to be accessible not only digitally but also in everyday life. The combination of good public transport connections, clearly signposted parking spaces, and fixed service hours makes the location practical for both visitors and course participants. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/unsere-bildungszentren-der-handwerkskammer-76%2C0%2C675.html))
Online Training Contract and Apprenticeship Contract: This is How Submission Works
A particularly frequently searched topic is the apprenticeship contract or the online training contract. The Chamber of Crafts Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate provides a digital form with login and a version without login. With login, businesses benefit from a pre-filled form with company data, a plausibility check of the entries, and the possibility to save and change data later. The version without login also works with an input form and plausibility check but does not offer the convenient pre-filling with company data and the ability to save in between. So, if you regularly create training contracts, the login option offers a clearly more comfortable and faster solution. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/lehrvertrag-online-76%2C0%2C13861.html?utm_source=openai))
It is important to note the process after printing. The official pages explicitly state that all contract copies must be signed and submitted with the necessary attachments. Subsequently, the documents must be sent to the responsible apprenticeship register of the Chamber of Crafts in Passau. In practice, this means: Even if the contract is generated digitally, the process does not end online. Signatures, attachments, and timely submission remain mandatory. That is why the search term online apprenticeship contract is so relevant, as it is not just about a download but about a complete administrative process with clear responsibilities and a fixed submission path. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/lehrvertrag-online-76%2C0%2C13861.html?utm_source=openai))
For first-time users, the chamber also provides explanatory videos that guide step by step through the training contract. Among other things, the training profession, report book management, training duration, probation period, working hours, training remuneration, and other agreements are explained. The videos also point out that school qualifications, previous training, or already completed training periods can be credited to the training period under certain conditions. This can potentially shorten the regular training duration; subsequent changes are also possible, with a reduction or extension of up to six months mentioned. This is particularly helpful for businesses and trainees when the contract design should not only be formally correct but also individually suitable. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/erklaervideos-zum-lehrvertrag-online-76%2C0%2C13852.html))
Another important point concerns the training authorization of the trainer. The Chamber of Crafts explains that in crafts requiring a master craftsman, the master certificate is the basis for training, while in non-master crafts, under certain conditions, the journeyman's certificate in the same craft along with the training certificate may suffice. Additionally, the chamber recommends checking the trainer qualification before hiring and inquiring individually in case of uncertainties. This makes it clear that the online training contract should not be viewed in isolation but is closely linked to training authorization, professional regulations, and the quality of the entire training process. So, those searching for online training contract or apprenticeship contract will find not just a form here but a complete consulting and information package. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/erklaervideos-zum-lehrvertrag-online-76%2C0%2C13852.html))
Courses, Master Courses, and Further Education at the Educational Center Regensburg
The further education courses of the Chamber of Crafts Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate are managed with a certified quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001. This is a strong signal for many inquiries related to courses, master courses, and further education, as it shows that the offerings are not organized randomly but take place within a clear quality framework. The chamber also emphasizes that the course content is aligned with examination requirements and that participants achieve above-average examination success. The modular system is particularly relevant: There are courses to prepare for parts I and II of the master examination, offers for certified specialists for commercial management according to HwO, which correspond to part III of the master examination, as well as courses for the trainer aptitude examination, i.e., part IV of the master examination. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/allgemeine-infos-76%2C0%2C655.html))
Flexibility is expressly provided in course planning. The chamber describes that courses can be attended in any order or separately. Additionally, fully booked courses will take place in the following year around the same time. For participants who combine several modules, it is also important that there is no time limit between the individual examination parts from an examination law perspective; however, the maximum funding period must be observed in case of funding according to the Upgrading Training Assistance Act. This information is very valuable for master students and further education interested parties because it makes personal course planning more realistic and clarifies the connection between professional situation, funding, and examination path. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/allgemeine-infos-76%2C0%2C655.html))
Additionally, the chamber shows through its educational centers that further education is not limited to Regensburg. Certified measures according to AZAV are offered in eleven educational centers, a total of 13 courses or measures for employment agencies and job centers. These can be funded through education vouchers. The homepage also points out that the Chamber of Crafts has a comprehensive range of further education offerings and funding paths. So, if you are looking for courses, master courses, or further education, you will find a hub in Regensburg that brings both regional presence and supra-regional structure. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/azav-kurse-76%2C0%2C5201.html))
In the educational center Regensburg, numerous subject-related and business management contents are also offered. The subject areas range from business management to IT and electronics to craft-specific specialties. The subject area pages make it clear that the offerings not only prepare for examinations but also convey concrete practical skills. For example, office applications with recognized qualifications, the path to becoming a business informatics specialist, course concepts in block model, and part-time forms are included, as well as CAD, CNC, PLC, bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and calculation. Thus, the educational center is a true further education location for both crafts and management. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/fachbereiche-des-bildungszentrums-regensburg-76%2C0%2C7693.html))
Educational Center Regensburg: Subject Areas and Learning Environment
The educational center Regensburg is the educational heart of the chamber at the location Ditthornstraße 10. It is officially described as a competent partner for training and further education. Daily, around 500 to 700 master students and apprentices visit the house to prepare for their professional challenges. The educational center stands for qualitative learning with professional and creative development opportunities and covers a wide range that extends from inter-company apprentice training to many further education courses to master training. The instruction is provided by experienced trainers with master qualifications, which is an important quality factor for the learners because theory and practice are directly connected. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/bildungszentrum-regensburg-76%2C0%2C8780.html))
The subject areas show how broad the offerings are. In Regensburg, construction, IT, electrical/electronics, hairdressers, automotive technology, painters and vehicle painters, metal, welding, business management, and carpentry are covered. This creates a learning environment where both classic craft training contents and modern technical and commercial topics have their place. The construction area deals with modern machines, tools, and building materials. The IT area accompanies participants from office to advanced qualifications such as business informatics specialist. In the area of business management, in addition to business economist and commercial management, bookkeeping and other seminars are also in focus. Thus, the educational center connects practical workshop work with organizational and business management knowledge. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/fachbereiche-des-bildungszentrums-regensburg-76%2C0%2C7693.html))
A special quality feature is the welding subject area. The educational center Regensburg is listed as an accredited training center of the DVS, German Association for Welding and Related Processes e.V. Instruction and examination are conducted in the processes of gas welding, arc welding, metal active gas welding, metal inert gas welding, and tungsten inert gas welding. The welding courses are finely graded so that participants can individually start depending on their prior knowledge and operational requirements. Individual training levels can be completed with a welding examination according to DIN EN 9606. It is also important for businesses and employees that the trainer team creates individual appointment and cost estimates and that education vouchers from the employment agency can be redeemed. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/fachbereiche-des-bildungszentrums-regensburg-76%2C0%2C7693.html))
The IT area also shows the educational center's modern orientation. There are courses for office applications, recognized qualifications up to business informatics specialist, as well as industry-specific contents for master courses and technical professions. These include CAD, CNC, PLC, bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and calculation. This is particularly relevant for inquiries about courses, further education offerings, and educational center Regensburg, as it clarifies that the chamber not only covers classic craft qualifications but also systematically promotes digital and commercial competencies. For many businesses, this connection between craft, technology, and management is crucial. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/fachbereiche-des-bildungszentrums-regensburg-76%2C0%2C7693.html))
The carpentry area, in turn, shows the close connection between tradition and innovation. Carpenters work on engineered wood constructions, roof trusses, wooden houses, and interior fittings; at the same time, they use technical innovations and innovative processing methods. The educational center conveys technical know-how, craftsmanship, and spatial imagination. Together with the construction subject area, a learning place is created where modern materials, traditional craftsmanship, and current requirements for energy, precision, and construction quality are brought together. This is exactly what makes the location in Regensburg particularly strong for training and further education. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/fachbereiche-des-bildungszentrums-regensburg-76%2C0%2C7693.html))
Service, Advice, and Additional Offers for Businesses and Trainees
The Chamber of Crafts Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate is not only an educational provider but also a comprehensive service partner for the regional crafts. For business owners, there are free business start-up consultations, support for business succession, and advice on digitalization. For training companies and apprentices, training advice, ÜLU, journeyman and final examinations, as well as information about the online training contract are available. For course participants, funding paths and master courses are added. This broad setup is a key reason why inquiries are so diverse: contact, address, contact persons, apprenticeship contract, courses, job offers, and even inquiries about parking or opening hours converge at the same institutional center in Regensburg. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/))
On the homepage and in the service center, the chamber shows a whole range of digital and practical ways: customer portal, courses and seminars, finding apprenticeships and internships, training contract and training tariffs, finding craftsmen, job market for skilled workers, finding experts, business exchange, quality management, forms and downloads, as well as dates and events. There are also apps that can be used to find craftsmen and apprenticeships. So, if you are looking for job offers or a quick digital entry into the chamber world, you will find clear, structured offers on the official website. The chamber thus sees itself not only as an administrative office but as an active mediator between businesses, talents, further education, and the labor market. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/))
For trainees, it is particularly important that the chamber supports them in case of problems or conflicts during training and offers mediation talks if necessary. The training advice helps with questions about rights and obligations in the training relationship, cooperation with vocational schools, and practical implementation of training. The explanatory videos on the online training contract make the contract process additionally understandable and relieve businesses that are creating an apprenticeship contract digitally for the first time. At the same time, the regional presence is an advantage: The chamber is locally present in Lower Bavaria and the Upper Palatinate and can thus connect both personal contact and digital processing. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/artikel/ausbildungsberatung-damit-die-lehre-rund-laeuft-76%2C0%2C6735.html?utm_source=openai))
When looking at the location in Regensburg practically, one quickly recognizes its dual function: on the one hand, it is the administration with clear contact paths, and on the other hand, a lively educational center with workshops, courses, and many subject areas. This mix explains why so many users search for photos, reviews, contact persons, or courses. However, the actual strength of the location lies in the reliable connection of information, training, and further education. For the crafts in East Bavaria, this is a central advantage because advice, qualification, and service converge at one place. ([hwkno.de](https://www.hwkno.de/))

Online Training Contract and Apprenticeship Contract: This is How Submission Works
A particularly frequently searched topic is the apprenticeship contract or the online training contract. With login, businesses benefit from a pre-filled form with company data, a plausibility check of the entries, and the possibility to save and change data later.

I had a great pleasure completing the scaffolding course with Mr. Adam and Mr. Kölbl. Both are truly excellent and dedicated teachers who convey their knowledge in a very understandable and practical way. I really hope that I will have the opportunity to have them as teachers again in my master school. Thank you very much for the great time and professional support!

On Friday, I had a very unpleasant situation. I wanted to buy a cheeseburger, but the saleswoman just gave me another burger that didn't have the patty outside. No cheese, few tomatoes, and no onion. The patty was raw, sour, and also cold. The saleswoman was very rude and unfriendly, so I didn't feel like asking her anything at all. And it cost 5 EURO.

Hello, I had an appointment today at 1:30 PM in Regensburg with a business consultant, and I unfortunately have to say I've never seen such an arrogant know-it-all in my entire life as this person. He didn't want to address my points at all, sitting in his chair as if the whole world belonged to him. Sorry, but that's just not acceptable. He probably has never really worked in his life. I'd rather go to a private startup coach before I ever go back to this person. The gentleman and lady at the reception were super nice. New appointment for a consultation today on 02.02.2026. I had a great appointment with Ms. Dobmeier today. Ms. Dobmeier is super competent and helpful in her job; she had the right solution for every one of my questions, she deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. A dream of a business consultant 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 thank you very much.

A few years ago, I completed my master examination at the Chamber of Crafts Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate in Regensburg and was completely satisfied. I am very happy with the friendly advice on all questions regarding training and support for apprentices. The team is competent, helpful, and always solution-oriented. Whether it was about organizational questions or specific concerns, I always felt well supported.
