European Legal Issues in Focus: International Conference in Regensburg
From October 15 to 17, 2026, Regensburg will be the meeting point for international legal scholars. The conference EU Compatibility and Legal Transplants in Ukrainian Investment and Corporate Law addresses how Ukrainian investment and corporate law can be adapted to EU standards on the path to European integration.
Legal Dialogue between Ukraine and Europe
At the Institute for Eastern Law of the University of Regensburg, experts from Ukraine, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Moldova, and Cyprus will gather. Seven sessions will focus on the harmonization of corporate law, company registration, shareholder rights, corporate governance, and compliance.
